Here we expand the concept of the traditional therapeutic office space to include nature and the outside space. We recognize that the mental health community may have significantly overlooked the healing benefits of nature in our psychotherapeutic work. We aim to restore this disconnect between humanity and nature. Your therapy sessions may include an outdoor walk, sitting out on the sunny deck, exploring the garden, or simply standing in the presence of the majestic redwoods.
